Assist on developing all trade promotion strategies, tactics and investment and align trade investments with other business resources for the responsible brands/ categories.
Evaluate promotion effectiveness within the company and versus competitor to understand the right promotional tactics.
Analyze market and category trend, competitor movement, customer’s strategy and consumer’s behavior to identify business opportunity and develop practical plan.
Capable of accessing and utilizing general market data i.e. Nielsen Answers and Dunnhumby is preferred.

Work closely with marketing to develop POSM and ensure impactful display materials and messages at point of purchase on time.
Monitor slow moving product and propose solution to clear slow moving stock.
Tracking and evaluate NPD and competitor’s movement.
Coordinate with supplier and purchasing for issuing PR / PO process.
Manage and control POSM spending of all activity programs within budget alignment.
Achieve the customer plan of the assigned account and categories.
Propose and implement the annual business strategy and plan.
Initiate cross-merchandising activities in order to promote products and ensure POP aligned with brand strategy new products lunch, pricing and promotion.
Work closely with the buyer to improve the operation effectiveness, develop category and generate the business opportunity.
Monitoring sales figure in internal and customer system.
Regularly visits store as plan in order to ensure all implementation will be executed as plan and timely solve problem if any occur.
